The RS Sailing Store is proud to offer a price match guarantee. If you find the same product at a lower price from any of our competitors, we will match that price. We are committed to providing our customers with the best value and ensuring that they receive the most competitive prices in the market.

How to get a Price Match at RS Sailing Store

2. Prove the competitor’s price for the part you want to buy by providing a URL link to the product. This applies to in-store and online purchases.

3. A dedicated member of the RS Team will call you back with information on how to make the purchase at Price Match Promise pricing. 

What if you have already bought the product?

If you have bought a product from us and you find it cheaper elsewhere, contact us within 14 days of purchasing the product and we will refund you the difference. Refunds will take 3-5 working days to appear in your account.  

Price Match Terms and Conditions

  • The price match product must be:
    1. identical in terms of the brand, size, colour and specifications
    2. new (not used)
    3. from an established company (not from auction sites websites such as EBAY)
    4. from a UK-based retailer only
    5. in stock with the competitor and ready to ship
  • The price match guarantee is only applicable for direct retail customers (it is not available for dealers, distributors or suppliers)
  • The price match guarantee cannot be used alongside existing RS Sailing Store promotions, discount offers, or any other deals
  • The RS Sailing Store:
    1. must be able to verify the current RRP that is on the product
    2. will only match against prices that are available to the public
  • The price match guarantee is only available for claims within 14 days of purchase
